Kolun advantages for banks

  • Lower costs and faster setup of new systemsDespite the central authentication system, launching any new system,is limited to integration with Kolun and thus is performed much cheaper and faster.
  • Multi-channel approachProviding services through all channels in the field of banking is of great consideration. With the password-free authentication service and the digital signature that Kolun provides, the all-channel approach can be initiated from the authentication point.
  • Higher security

Although Kolun supports a variety of authentication methods, the difference between digital signatures and the use of authentication are two factors that provide greater security than conventional methods such as static encryption to bank customers, without the difficulties of methods such as preparing and allocating physical tokens getting in the way of banking procedures.

  • Mobile client

Kolun needs a client application on mobile to complete some of its services. The mobile DOK application also plays the role of a Kolun system client.

  • Password-free Registration, authentication and login

To register in the unique user system, it is necessary to identify the customer, which can be done through the customer panel or by referring to the bank branch. When a user needs to be authenticated with a static password in one of the bank’s systems, that system redirects him/her to the Kolun login page. The user is authenticated by entering the static password specified in the Kolun client application. To enter a channel by performing password-free authentication on mobile, the user enters his national code / user ID on the login page of one of the bank’s systems.

By confirming the user on the application, the system will be notified and will allow the user to enter without having to enter a password.
